Dining Room:
Enjoy meals and games at the expandable dining table, under a dramatic landscape of the Yosemite Valley. The dining table comfortably seats 6, with more seating at the bar.

 

Kitchen:
Stocked for cooks and coffee lovers, the kitchen is filled with all the cookware and supplies needed to whip up your family’s favorite meal, or warm-up for a day on the slopes with your favorite cup of coffee: French press, pour-over, espresso, traditional pot of coffee or Keurig.

 

Master Bedroom:
The cozy master bedroom features a mountain view, a queen size bed with pillow-top mattress and hotel-quality linens, as well as a 43” Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more.

 

Loft – Second Bedroom:
The loft is a fully private second bedroom that has a locking door and shutters that completely close. The loft features a queen bed as well as bunk beds, all with pillow-top mattresses and hotel-quality linens.

The loft has a 40” Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more.

 

Bathrooms:
One full bathroom located on each floor, fully stocked with towels and toiletries. The upstairs bathroom is directly accessible from the master bedroom as well as the hallway.

 

Parking:
The condo includes one dedicated, garaged parking space. Additional outdoor parking spaces are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You have full access to the condo and complex amenities.

  • Absolutely no parties or events.
  • Quiet hours 10pm to 9am daily.
  • Guests must follow all posted rules in the condo complex

 

Pet Rules:

  • $50 pet cleaning fee per stay for guests bringing pets.
  • Maximum of 1 pet. Pet must be approved by host prior to beginning of stay.
  • Pets must remain on leash at all times when outside condo but on property.
  • Owner must clean up after pet. Bags provided at stands throughout property.
  • To extent possible, keep pets off furniture. Clean pets paws to avoid tracking dirt into condo.
  • If pet noise causes complaints, guest must remove pet from property. No refunds will be provided.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
  • Pets allowed only between May 1 and October 31 each year.
